There are also plenty of restaurants located throughout North Massapequa which allow visitors to sample local cuisine or enjoy a meal in one of its many eateries. Additionally, the town is home to numerous cultural events including concerts, festivals and theater performances which draw locals and tourists alike. All in all, North Massapequa provides an excellent place for anyone looking for a great time in an inviting atmosphere.

Great Everything - 6/5/2008
Admittedly, North Massapequa is not the cheapest nor is it the most expensive place to live on Long Island but my wife & I have lived here for over 20 years and still can't find anything wrong with it.
North Massapequa has great schools + low crime + beautiful housing & lovely well-kept neighborhoods.
It has good shopping & is close to wonderful malls like Roosevelt Field Mall & Walt Whitman Mall. Perhaps the only criticism would be that Sunrise Mall in Massapequa ( not North Massapequa ) could use some sprucing up.
As far as jobs are concerned, North Massapequa is located in the S/E corner of Nassau County & is about an hours commuter train ride away from New York City on the Long Island Railroad.
